Internals: 6x Pneumatic actuated high pressure ball valves — 4x Yellow Bettis/Kinetrol actuators with black/yellow position indicator, 2x Orange Hytork actuators with yellow indicator. Each actuator sits on 1/2" 3600 PSI stainless ball valve, white Teflon seats, Swagelok tube ends. Pilots: 4x ASCO 551 series solenoid pilot valves, black body, red manual override button, 24VDC coil, 1/4" NPT. Manifold: 1/2" OD 316 SS common header across bottom, brass check blocks on right (gold blocks), stainless tees. Gauges: 3x 0-5000 PSI, 2" dial, panel mounted on white threaded tees — 1 per storage bank. Wiring: Yellow/black/red multi-conductor — 24VDC — labeled — intact at bottom penetration. Function: Priority fill logic — LOW bank first, then MID, then HIGH — and dispensing HIGH-MID-LOW for fastest fill. 6 valves = 3 banks + 2 dispensers + 1 compressor inlet.

Panel 2 — 4 Valve Storage Management Controller with POINT I/O — Small brass box:

Connected via blue Ethernet/IP to main CompactLogix PLC. This box is the logic interface for the 6-valve main.

Together: POINT I/O box receives command from main PLC via Ethernet — fires ASCO pilot — pilot sends 80 PSI air to yellow actuator — yellow actuator opens 3600 PSI CNG ball valve — gas flows to selected bank or dispenser. Pressure transmitter feedback via POINT I/O analog module closes loop.
